Microsoft Surface 2 is the updated version of Microsoft Surface RT. It do not run the full Windows OS rather Windows RT 8.1 which is specially made for tab. It comes with a much better 10.6" HD screen 1920 x 1080 pixels than the previous one. It comes with the Tegra 4 chipset (the Surface RT had Tegra 3), quad core 1700 MHz processor and 2 GB RAM. You can have one of this as it is available in Bangladesh (though not official).  One  thing you should know that it can not run the regular Windows software. You will have to run the specified software from the Windows app store which is made for Windows RT.
