The build quality of the product made by Archos is very good. The most important thing is that you get these in a very competitive price. It comes with a built in 3G modem. Furthermore, you can use this tab for phone calling. The 8 inch IPS screen gives a superb resolution and viewing angle. You will have to spend 20,000 TK for buying it. The manufacturer surely don't try to make it an iPad mini or Google nexus. Rather they tried to make a good device of their own in a tight budget.
